The Upper Beaver Open House was more than just an event, it was a celebration of community, curiosity, and connection. With around 150 guests joining us, the day was filled with energy as neighbours, families, and local partners came together to learn, share, and explore.

From the moment the event started, the atmosphere was buzzing. Guests were greeted by our Community Relations team and invited to dive into a series of interactive information booths. Each one offered something unique, whether it was learning about environmental practices, exploring training and employment opportunities, or understanding the technical side of the Upper Beaver Project. These booths sparked great conversations and gave visitors a chance to ask questions directly to the people behind the work.

The site tours were a major highlight. Spots filled up quickly, and those who joined got a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the project in motion. For many, it was their first time seeing the scale and care that goes into developing a site like Upper Beaver. For our team, it was a proud moment to share the progress and passion that drives the work every day.

Throughout the day, familiar faces mixed with new ones, and the sense of community was strong. It was a chance to build relationships, answer questions, and show what it means to be part of Agnico Eagle, not just as a company, but as a neighbour and partner in the region.

As we continue to grow across Ontario, events like this remind us why staying connected matters. We’re grateful for everyone who came out, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
